Providing Free Career Development For Any Public High School Senior

Career Assessment
The first step of the program is to take the Career Direct Assessment, which looks at your Personality, Interest, Skills, and Values and begins to match those traits with career options. This is one of the most comprehensive career guidance systems on the market today.
One-On-One Coaching
After taking the online career assessment, you will be matched with one of our certified career coaches to sit down with you and go over the results of the assessment during a 90-minute coaching session. This session can be in person or online, pending availability.
Development & Training
The training phase includes an on-demand video training course that will help you maximize the results of the assessment, determine your goals, develop a resume, etc. This will conclude with an online group coaching session that will separate students into college & career bound.
